　　中新网4月29日电 据商务部网站消息，《中华人民共和国政府和厄瓜多尔共和国政府自由贸易协定》于2023年5月11日签署。目前中厄双方均已完成各自国内核准程序，协定将于2024年5月1日正式生效。

　　中厄自贸协定生效后，中厄双方将分别对约90%的税目逐步相互取消关税，其中，约60%的税目在协定生效当天立即取消关税。同时，双方将在原产地规则、海关程序和贸易便利化、卫生与植物卫生措施、技术性贸易壁垒、贸易救济、争端解决、投资合作、电子商务、竞争、经济合作等诸多领域建立更加紧密的沟通合作机制，促进相关规则规制的相互协调，为两国企业提供更加便利、透明、稳定的营商环境。

　　中厄自贸协定生效实施将提升两国间贸易投资自由化便利化水平，进一步激发贸易投资合作潜力，推动双边经贸合作全方位提质升级，增进两国企业和人民福祉。
